FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE CREDITORS OF ARGL LIMITED
Based on the public announcement dated March 21, 2018, notice is hereby given that the National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi Bench has ordered the commencement of a corporate insolvency resolution process against ARGL Limited on March 16, 2018.

The creditors of ARGL Limited are hereby called upon to submit a proof of their claims on or before March 30, 2018 in the prescribed forms, to the Interim Resolution Professional at the address given below:

The financial creditors shall submit their proof of claims by electronic means only.

The operational creditors (including workmen and employees), statutory authorities and any other creditors may submit their proof of claims in person, by post or through electronic means.

The proof of claims is to be submitted by way of specified forms along with affidavit (witnessed by a notary or oath commissioner) and documentary proof in support of the claim, as prescribed under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.

Submission of false or misleading proofs of claim shall attract penalties.

ONLINE CLAIM SUBMISSION
You can also submit your claims online by clicking on link below. After completing the information in the claim form, you will be able to print it. You are required to submit the scan of the signed and printed form with an affidavit (witnessed by a notary or oath commissioner) and documentary proof in support of your claim to the IRP by: (i) electronic means only post (if you are a financial creditor), and (ii) in person, by post or by electronic means (if you are an operational creditor or any other creditor), at the address mentioned above. Submission of online claims will assist with efficient coordination and correspondence.
