Based on the public announcement dated August 15, 2018, notice is hereby given that the National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi Bench has ordered the commencement of a corporate insolvency resolution process against ACIL Limited on August 08, 2018.

The creditors of ACIL Limited are hereby called upon to submit a proof of their claims on or before August 27, 2018 in the prescribed forms, to the Interim Resolution Professional at the address given below:

The financial creditors shall submit their proof of claims by electronic means only.

The operational creditors (including workmen and employees), statutory authorities and any other creditors may submit their proof of claims in person, by post or through electronic means.

The proof of claims is to be submitted by way of specified forms along with declaration and documentary proof in support of the claim, as prescribed under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.

Submission of false or misleading proofs of claim shall attract penalties.
